These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OfferRevenue ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote offers only through approved methods
• Do not use spam, misleading claims, or prohibited traffic sources
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Do not modify or alter offer landing pages without permission

3. Prohibited Activities

• Spam (email, forums, comments, messengers)
• Content locking or forced clicks
• Fraudulent or incentivized traffic
• Brand bidding on restricted terms
• Self-referrals or cookie stuffing

4. Payments

Minimum payout is $200. First payout is processed 30 days after your first conversion. Subsequent payouts are biweekly. Payments are made in USDT (TRC20) to the wallet address you provide. We reserve the right to hold payments pending fraud review.

5. Tracking & Statistics

We provide tracking links and statistics. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for discrepancies caused by third-party systems, browser settings, or user behavior.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, unpaid balances under $20 may be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, data, or damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
